Return & Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of our products, every item is custom-made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us within 5 working days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and, in the case of damage, a clear photo of the item. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost.
